In short, what the final terms will cover:
- Listings show only the checks we list for them. Verification isn’t a guarantee of title or condition.
- Rent is paid to a licensed partner, not to WhoGroups Housing, and released 72 hours after handover unless a problem is reported.
- Landlords and agents must be allowed to let the property they list, and must tell the truth about it.
- How disputes, refunds and cancellations work, and what each side pays.
