Is the price I see what I actually pay?

Yes. The amount on every home is the full cost to move in: rent, service charge, agency, legal and caution fees, and our platform fee. You see every line before you pay, and it can’t change once you’ve locked the home.

Do I pay to view a home?

No. There are no inspection fees here. If anyone asks you for one, report the listing.

What if the home isn’t as shown?

Your money stays with the licensed partner until you have the keys and 72 hours to check the place. Report a problem in that time and the landlord isn’t paid until it’s sorted.

How do I know a home is still available?

Every home shows when the landlord or agent last confirmed it. Homes that haven’t been confirmed for 14 days are taken out of search.

When does the landlord get paid?

72 hours after you confirm you’ve moved in, as long as you haven’t reported a problem.

Letting a property?

Tenants here have had their identity checked before they can reserve. When one moves in, their rent is already sitting with the licensed partner, so you’re paid 72 hours after handover unless they report a problem.
